The YMCA’s Counseling and Well-Being Services team consists of licensed and pre-licensed professionals dedicated to helping you on your journey to healing. Our culturally diverse team includes counselors who specialize in multiple evidence-based approaches. From anxiety and depression to trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, our counselors are prepared to assist in your journey toward recovery. Pricing

San Antonio YMCA Counseling is committed to providing accessible and affordable mental health services and therapy in San Antonio. YMCA members can receive counseling at $80 for the initial session and $65 per follow-up appointment. 

For Members of the community, rates are $100 for the first session and $85 for each additional appointment. Costs are for individuals, couples and families. There is no maximum number of sessions, clients can be seen as many times as they need for symptom abatement.
